A friend at the Shelley school let me know about some great videos she found. If you want to see some great irish videos search "Irish Dance Slow Motion". There are a couple moves I've never tried here and seeing them in slow motion makes the movement really clear!
This is one of the best ones I found right away. If you aren't a dancer, this video is still really entertaining because it's hard to tell what a dancer is doing exactly as their legs seem to move at 100 miles an hour.
